Emergencies
We do not treat medical emergencies. If you have stroke-like symptoms, a very bad headache that starts suddenly, a seizure (especially if it is the first one or will not stop), sudden loss of vision or new double vision, trouble speaking, or other emergent symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest ER immediately.
Our Services
We provide non-emergency neurology care through secure video visits. Services are available only in states where the provider is licensed to practice.
Who Can Use Our Services
You must be 18 years of age or older. You must be physically located in a state where we operate during your appointment.
Physician Assistant (PA) Services
Your provider is a licensed Physician Assistant specializing in neurology. Services are rendered under Physician supervision and the collaboration required by applicable state laws.
Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete health information
Use our platform only for lawful, personal healthcare
Follow your care instructions and prescriptions as directed
Prescriptions & Treatment
A visit does not guarantee a prescription or a specific diagnosis. Care decisions are made by your provider based on clinical needs.

Telemedicine Consent
By using Neuro on Call, you agree to receive care through telemedicine.
Payment
All services are self-pay. You agree to the posted fee at the time of booking.
