Who We Are

Neuro On Call is a virtual neurology clinic dedicated to helping patients aged 14 and older with neurological conditions, including headaches, epilepsy, movement disorders, and cognitive issues. Our virtual neurology providers deliver expert, compassionate care to patients everywhere, including those in underserved communities who often have limited access to specialized care.

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and also offer transparent self-pay options to make care accessible for everyone.

What We Do

Our virtual neurology clinic allows you to meet face-to-face with an experienced neurology provider through a secure video platform, without the need for an office visit. We conduct detailed evaluations, review your medical history, and assess the visible portions of the neurological examination.

We provide comprehensive clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing management. When appropriate, we may order imaging, laboratory testing, medications, therapy, and referrals to other specialists.

Jeannine Thomas, PA-C, MPAS

Neurology Physician Assistant and Founder of Neuro On Call

Jeannine Thomas is an experienced physician assistant who has provided patient care since 2009. She focuses on making neurological care more accessible through secure telehealth visits. Her clinical interests include general neurology, with a particular focus on headaches and migraines, seizures, dizziness, neuropathy, memory concerns, movement disorders, and multiple sclerosis.

At Neuro On Call, care is guided by a collaborative approach. PA Thomas works with collaborating Physicians who are board-certified Neurologists. When appropriate, they review complex cases, coordinate treatment decisions, and help ensure that patients receive thoughtful and comprehensive care. Each patient receives an individualized treatment plan based on their symptoms, medical history, test results, and personal goals.

PA Thomas believes patients should understand their condition and the reasons behind each treatment recommendation. Her goal is to provide clear guidance, practical options, and convenient access to neurological care without the usual runaround.
